Small Groups are all about relationship. Relationship with Christ and each other. The New Testament church set the example for us as it demonstrated how Believers came together to pray, worship, learn, fellowship and share a meal. Small groups exist for the same reason today, to provide fellowship and mutual support so that the church can have an impact in society. They encourage and build up one another so that the body of Christ can be cared for and the world can be infuenced through their example.
Fairmount's Small Group Ministry brings together adults for mutual support, studying God's Word, fellowship and prayer. Our Small Groups meet weekly September through May. Groups meet on various nights throughout the week in homes and at church.
"And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds. Let us not give up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but let us encourage one another - and all the more as you see the Day approaching."
